Joy Experiences are thoughtfully designed workshops and gatherings that create space to slow down, reconnect, and experience moments of joy and perspective.
They are lighter in nature than my clarity and advisory work, and intentionally so.
This is not about fixing anything or pushing for insight.
It’s about creating room to breathe, reflect, and feel more like yourself again.
Joy Experiences are:
Experiential and reflective
Community-centered
Gentle, grounding, and human
Designed to create connection and presence
They are not:
Strategy sessions
Productivity workshops
Personal development programs with homework
A replacement for clarity or advisory work
Think of them as a pause, not a plan.
Alongside my work helping individuals and teams make clear decisions, I’ve learned something important.
Clarity and joy are connected.
When people feel more grounded and present, perspective often follows naturally. And sometimes, joy itself is the doorway back to clarity.
Joy Experiences exist to honor that truth, without over-structuring it.
Joy Experiences vary, but may include:
Reflective workshops
Guided conversations
My Joyful TableBuilder gatherings
Seasonal or themed experiences
Community-based events designed to foster connection
Each experience stands on its own and is offered periodically.
There is no ongoing commitment and no pressure to continue beyond the experience itself.
Joy Experiences are for individuals who:
Want a gentle pause from the noise
Enjoy meaningful conversation and reflection
Value connection, presence, and shared experience
Are curious about joy without needing it to be productive
You don’t need to prepare.
You don’t need to perform.
You just need to show up.
Joy Experiences are a complementary offering, not a pathway or prerequisite.
Some people come to this work first.
Others never do.
Both are right.
If you’re looking for focused decision support or strategic clarity, I recommend starting with a Decision Clarity Session instead.
Joy Experiences are offered periodically.
To be notified about upcoming events and gatherings, you’re welcome to join my list or check back here.
What happens when you invite a group of incredible women, who don't know each other, to come together in-person, put their phones away, skip the elevator pitches, & guide them through real, vulnerable conversations in a safe space we create together? That's what happens at Joyful TableBuilders. Come take a leap of faith & join the fun!
Joy doesn't have to be earned. Sometimes it just needs space.
